Administrators and Coaches:
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the BASE at Extraco this weekend. Thank you for making plans to join us.
PARKING:
The gates will open at 6:30 am for teams to move into the pit areas. The pit areas will be located between the Extraco Center and the BASE. Parking attendants will be on hand to help direct traffic. Please enter the parking lot through the Bagby Entrance in front of the BASE.
BATHROOMS:
Bathrooms will be open and available in the BASE at Extraco. We plan to have the facility open at 6:30 to coincide with the parking gate’s opening.
EVENT HEADQUARTERS:
The event headquarters, coaches/administrators hospitality room, and judging areas will be located in rooms A3 and A4 of the BASE. The awards presentation will also be held in rooms A3 and A4. Meat and supplies pickup will be in room A4. The Kickoff Meeting will also be in the BASE room A4.
ENTRY FEES:
TAPPS schools can click on this link to submit a payment form for your business office, or pay online.
Non TAPPS Schools, Entry fee is $200 per team.

WEATHER:
There is a chance of showers and storms this weekend to help add a little flavor to the event. We will monitor the weather through Perry Weather and standard TAPPS protocol will be followed in the event of storm and or lightning. A link to the Perry Weather Location Information is accessible through the link below. In the event of inclement weather, all students and sponsors will move to the BASE as directed by event staff.
